Established in 2023, the Task Force is driving regional action to achieve the ambitious 10-10-10 Targets set by the UNAIDS Global AIDS Strategy 2021-2026. These targets aim to drastically reduce stigma, discrimination, gender-based violence, and punitive laws affecting people living with HIV and key populations by 2025.

Our Structure & Governance
The Task Force is a community-led partnership grounded in transparency, human rights, and meaningful engagement. We bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from key populations across the EECA region, legal experts, policymakers, researchers, and advocates. Our work is guided by the Community Core Group, a coalition of regional key-population-led networks, supported by UNDP and UNAIDS.
